Summary of Client:
我们的客户是位于世界前列的某著名豪华品牌的汽车销售及服务公司，业务范围主要集中在华南地区。因公司业务的迅猛发展，正在陆续建造新的4S店展厅，故此急聘上述职位。
Reporting Lines:
Report to: GM
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for and work closely with the Project Management Dept on the project tendering process;
2. Prepare tender document & specifications in according to required network facilities, time frame & standards;
3. Negotiate with subcontractors & suppliers on the contract terms;
4. Advise on project quality and ensure the quality is up to required standards;
5. Assist the GM to develop quality standard & assurance processes;
6. Evaluate amount of completed work, work quality & recommend payments;
7. Monitor VO and approve necessary VOs;
8. Safeguard Company’s interest and approve project payment in accordance to contract terms.
Job Requirements:
1. Tertiary education in project management / construction / QS;
2. Fluent in Putonghua & , English; Cantonese is an added advantage;
3. 5 years’ experience in tendering and QS /Contracting; preferably with 3 years’ in managerial position;
4. Experience in China a must.
