知名外资制造型企业：Value Stream Manager—Lean/6 Sigma/价值流经理—精益六西格玛

Job Description:

1. Support the select core implementation teams members and introduce them to the value steam management process, 5S, visual Controls, VSM, Kanban Daily MDI, etc.;

2. Partner with site’s leaders and business value stream managers;

3. Train & deploy Enterprise Lean Sigma at site or function organization;

4. Assists in selection of teams and individuals to work Enterprise Lean Sigma implementation opportunities;

5. Review current and future’s state vs. map and kaizen proposals;

6. Facilitate and support Kaizen events;

7. Apply Enterprise Lean Sigma assessment throughout the site and participate on ELS site assessments.

Job Requirements:

1. More than 5 years in business experience, driving team excellence, and managing people;

2. Passion and commitment to Enterprise Lean Sigma;

3. Proven leadership skills (lead, motivate, process and people management skills);

4. Experience in improvement processes (i.e. Six Sigma, Lean, etc.);

5. Authority to make changes happens across functions and departments;

6. Authority to commit resources;

7. Track record of being a change agent;

8. Successful and effective communicator.
