Key Responsibilities主要职责
1. Responsible for strategic planning of eCommerce development负责电子商务的发展战略规划
2. Responsible for A&P budget and sales forecasting for eCommerce负责电子商务的A＆P预算和销售预测
3. Co-operated with Sales team, own and manage the operations of eCommerce channels in efficient manner配合销售团队,拥有和管理的电子商务渠道的操作在有效的方式
4. Analyze campaigns effectiveness and control budget分析促销活动的效果及控制预费
5. Assist in marketing initiatives execution when needed在需要的时候协助执行市场推广活动


Qualifications & Experiences职位要求&经验
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business discipline 大学本科
2. Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, FMCG a plus, eCommerce experience a plus 3年以上销售经验，有快消品行业的电子商务销售经验者优先考虑
3. Tech savvy, insightful in eCommerce management
4. Proactive and energetic, willing to take up new challenges积极主动,精力充沛,愿意接受新的挑战
5. High sense of responsibility with good timeline management高度的责任感和良好的时间管理
