职位描述
*Recruitment
? Responsible for hiring junior managers & staff of HQ Operations and ensure their smooth integration
? Build strategic partnership with selected schools for young talent pipeline for Operation
*Learning & talent development
? Lead, coordinate and support young talent generation programs (Operation Management trainees & New Industrial Force) with Plant HRs: tools for selection, induction program, development plan
? Participate in the talent development process (People Review) & ensure the implementation of talent development actions.
? As people partner, accompany the individual development of his/her population (career project, advice to employees for their development)
? Promote Learning Culture in plants, co-build Career Path and Learning strategy & systematic learning curriculums for Operation & competencies development programs for the Operations function so as to ensure people competency and leadership be in line with business growth
*Performance Management
? Facilitate PDR campaign in accordance with HQ policy
? Enhance performance management together with Plant HR and Plant management: training of business manager on tools & skills, close monitoring of the progress
? Consolidate Plant PDR results for Operation & provide analysis
*Social dialogue & Employee Relations
? People partner: Coordinate internal communication programs & co-build smooth communication channels/platform (top down & bottom up communication ) so as to understand, motivate & retain the employees
? Coordinate internal communication programs
? Coordinate the fundamental project within plants & monitor the progress of the validated actions
? Participate in building social dialogue programs & drive its implementation especially in plants
*OD projects
? Deployment of Organizational transformation projects in Plants with right people at right position including organization change, people development, and change management
*Budget buildup and management
? Provide HR reports & analysis for management decision, including turn-over, working time, career, C&B, etc. and manage budget according to the built budget.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor or above
? 6-year and above HR working experience in a multinational company with strength in recruitment & talent development. HR generalist experience / plant HR experience / HQ HR experience is a preferred.
? Solid HR functional competencies especially strong at recruitment and people development: familiar with Competencies Based Interview / Assessment Center method
? Strong communication & interpersonal skills with strong influence capability
? Committed, drive for excellence and willing to take challenges; open and flexible, good listening skills; Solid doer, pragmatic, a problem solver and a good team player. Honest & reliable.
? Good analysis capability, organized & logical
? Good understanding of business especially plant operations.
? Fluent English both in oral & written
? Mobile & willing to travel
