POSITION DESCRIPTION
- Providing market-oriented technical support for HV hollow core insulators (HCI), produced in China, to Sales, distributors & end user customers for global sales. Respond to new product & support existing product information requests in an efficient, timely and effective way in order to ensure a short response time to customers. Maintain or establish excellent customer relationship, high rate of success, improved flow of information (quality and speed) between sales and customers (market) on one side and factory (internal organization) on developing/customizing market base product. Coordinate production implementation of the Brand in the new (under planning & construction) China factory.
- Coordinate flow of information and activities within the organization
- Collect documents or information or initiate the market needs. Feed back the requirements and distribute within the organization frequently in order to improve the understanding about the customer's needs and coordinate with the production process development.
- Technical Sales & Marketing Support
- Support sales force by coordinating technical customer contacts and technical information for insulator products in order to strengthen demand creation and establish/enhance full service and solution provider image with superior technical product performance and competencies.
- Create and maintain offer drawings, sample specifications, product presentations, reference lists, training plans, and exhibition samples as needed.
- Evaluate Marketing Information / Market & Customer Needs / New product support
- Provide detailed information about market trends and customer needs to senior management and factory. Maintain Market and Technology Roadmaps and link them to actionable plans. Develop Design Objectives, optimal market messages to convey the benefits of products.
- Identify target customers and develop business relationships with them.
- Cooperate in the development of marketing strategies
- Evaluate the collected market data and propose strategies to accelerate the growth. Cooperate to implement agreed strategies.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related
- 8+ years working experience in PM role with energy industry experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with HV cable accessories, and other electrical components product portfolio technically and from market side as well
- Communication skills, positive attitude toward taking responsibilities and solving problems;
- Willingness to accept feedback from management team and others and act on positively,
- Strategic thinking mindset and drive for results
- Good written and spoken English skills
