POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Reach the sales budget of assigned area.
2. Make the business development of franchisees, management proposal of stores and projects to reach the sales target.
3. Analyze the sales and make the improvement proposal to the clients.
4. Evaluate the team of franchisees and take action to increase the number of franchisees.
5. Evaluate and manage the franchisees in his area, make reports and carry out the action plan.
6. Follow up the key accounts of project to insure the good service.
7. Monitor the store image of the franchisees.
8. Help to set up and build a competitive sales force for the franchisees.
9. Sales orders management and after sales service & claim coordination.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

1. Above bachelor degree, majored in sales & marketing, business development related
2. Above five years working experience in retail, or business key account management background
3. Be familiar with the sales mode of brand or perdurable consumable.
4. Channel, brand stores or big projects experience are preferred.
5. Mature, pay attention to build up persons with ability.
6. Integrity and loyalty
7. Proactive and open minded
8. Good communication and interpersonal skill

Working as a Recruitment Researcher/Talent Finder, located in either Shanghai or Beijing, (we have vacancies in both locations) the role encompasses working as part of a dedicated team comprising both Consultants and Researchers who are responsible for finding, evaluating and short listing candidates to fill exciting employment opportunities with our established client base.
