POSITION DESCRIPTION
Polymeric HCI Account Manager will have the responsibility to Asia Market Managers with new clients' development.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Explore and develop new customers, action oriented, and hunter style.
2. Experiences with products like high voltage transformer, CT, PT, and Bushing 3. Experiences of dealing with SGCC CSPG, network with SGCC CSPG or have work experiences in with SGCC CSPG.
3. Drive At the Customer, For The Customer programs with key focus on deepening customer relationships and direct demand generation
4. Establish, implement, and monitor the Order-Thru-Remittance (OTR) process for assigned customers
5. Clearly define and communicate problems as perceived by the customer
6. Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner on the processing of customer orders, acknowledgements
7. Maintain knowledge of market trends, customer requirements, competitor actions, and customer base
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
1. Aggressive character
2. Engineering background and work experiences in electrical, especially in high voltage
3. Willing to learn, quick learner, better with structured thinking/ action habits
4. A team player, with high energy, growth potentials
5. 5-8 working experience in related field.
