职位描述
1.Works with operation to identify the requirement on site management
2.Searches, interviews and provides candidates for on-site to operation in order to meet the requirements
3.Participates in campus recruitment.
4.Supervises site opening HR responsibilities including to work with OP and BD with opening tool; Monitors HR team in opening process
5.Looks for and develops recruitment channels for site management recruitment.
6.Arranges regular meeting with RD & BD to anticipate their needsRegularly meets and interviews people (at site management and supervisor level) on sites to check their capacity, training needs and career development plan
7.Identifies potential employees at site management level and recommends appropriate development program.
8.Be involved , discusses and provides advices to RD and AM in all the site management changes (promotion, recruitment, mobility, new organization on site) in order to insure the right people at the right place in the right time.
9.Participates to succession plan designing by RD and to formulate short to long term HR strategy for the region
10.Participates, follows up HR management project or program, such as intern program, UMA, or high potential employee development plan
11.Makes the link with regional training team to organize logistic for the trainees. requirements 1.Bachelor degree and above
2.8 years and above working experience on HR related positions
3.People evaluation capacities
4.People development skills
5.Interview skill
6.Basic knowledge of Compensation and Benefit
7.Conflict Management skills
8.good Communication ability in English
