Job Description:
Work as a Business Analyst on assisting project manager to accomplish these tasks.
- Coordinate and monitor project activities defined by project manager to ensure project schedules are met, alert and prevent project slippage.
- Prepare and organize the regular project meeting with various parties, including development team and business department.
- Draft the meeting minutes and follow up with actions parties timely.
- Collect the input to project progress report with cost analysis, status update and issue/ risk resolution.
- Manage user requirement collection and specification and ensure requirement and specification are fulfilling business needs, operation, regulatory and compliance/audit requirements.
- Monitor UAT execution and handle the system defects to right party for resolution to ensure system functionality meeting business/user requirement and any deficiencies can be workaround.
- UAT execution on end to end insurance business process.
Furthermore, some regular tasks on IT security control
- Access right request form collection, communication and tidy up with business department.
- Security control for application system, like application profile and communication with business department.
- Assist in annual security access recertification and support audit checking.
Basic Requirement:
- 3+ working experience in related function.
- Logical thinking and detail focusing.
- Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills for both English and Chinese.
- Excellent Microsoft Office/PC skills.
- Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economic, Finance, Insurance is preferred
- Able to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
