职位描述
-Working with Senior OD manager to conduct organization learning and development needs analysis and diagnose. Proactively understand external and internal talent status. Provide help in learning and development strategies setting.
-Implementing organization and employee development strategies, tactics, assessment/development systems and tools based on aligned strategies with execution excellence.
-Create the development program to build the talent pipeline at different levels.
-Provide consulting and advisory service to change programs. Take change champion role when needed.
-Boost coaching and learning culture in the organization by using various tools and techniques.
-Cascade and ensure the high quality application of performance management and other company processes at all levels.
Design and deliver leadership training courses as part of talent development process when needed.
-Keep good knowledge management for programs for future expansion and repetition.
-Other tasks related to learning, development and change.
Education:
-Minimum: University graduate or above
-Best: Master degree (MBA)
Experience:
-7 and above years experience in HR management while 2 years in management. Experience in both HR generalist role and HR specialist role in Training, organization development or change management are desirable. Solid working experience in a global company is a preferred.
-Good knowledge and experience in organizational development, talent management, training, change management.
