Job Description
? Achieve business development objectives to meet revenue goals, build and expand business partnerships with targeted customers and responsible for optimum sales activities for new opportunities
? Create Customer Proposal and Presentations. Respond to corporate customer needs, request for Quote and T enders, with provide professional advices, cost out detailed logistics solutions
? Lead customer meeting and sales visits to present company capabilities
? Provide leadership, direction in business development/account management and coordinating efforts from various functional departments in developing new logistics businesses and meeting existing customer requirements within Asia Pacific Region
? Contribute to team efforts producing ISCS Solution design.
? Develop and manage existing customer base to ensure operational and commercial strategies are achieved.
? Manage day to day operational queries and reporting requirements.
? Manage and Update of SOP (Standard Operating Process) and rate tariffs.
? Support Business Development team to devise, fine tune and implement overall sales and marketing strategy
? Knowledge and application of advanced theory of core 3PL supply chain management services.
? Work with internal stakeholders to promote and grow ICSCS core services.
Requirement
? Bachelor's degree in relevant Industry discipline. Master's degree preferred.
? Minimum 5 years' experience in logistics industry, with experiences in business development
? Significant sales and marketing change management experience supported by advanced conceptual and contract logistics skills
? Experience with Logistics Service Platform (such as Log-Net)
? Good market knowledge within Greater China Area and Asia Pacific region
? Open minded, flexible and able to deliver under pressure
? Able to work and communicate effectively with local, as well as international stakeholders
? Effective and xcellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
? Proven ability to manage and develop relationships and negotiate at all levels of management in a customer organization
? Good command of English and Mandarin
