The Human Resources Manager is responsible for working with TechOps Head on the deployment of talent management , compensation strategies, performance management, employee relations and other HR policies and systems that enable Sandoz to execute its business strategy and build a high performance culture. One more important point is to assist TechOps head to built up a stronger,professional,energetic,clannish plant team to meet future business development's re-quirements

Education : University graduate degree ; MBA preferred
Experience:
1. 6 years experience in a human resource roles within a multinational organization and 4 years in managerial roles
2.It would be preferred to have the working experince as a human resource in manufacturing factory
3.Demonstrated sound knowledge of current Human Re-source practices including L&D, C&B as well as other human resources administration techniques
4.Have experiences in working on the integration process in HR perspective
Languages: Fluent Mandarin compulsory, good English level
