Job description:
1.Responsible for implement. update and improve the local policies and procedures of the credit function in with the Credit Manual and any other relevant policies;
2.Strong accounting knowledge about Oracle system, particular in experience to order,AR and credit management;
3.High quality credit review to recommend reality credit term according to business facts. Good communication and consultant commercial t Line, Sales Rep,Customer or external credit information; Conduct credit investigation so that an intelligent appraisal of the customer's worth, character and ability to pay may be ascertained to justify extension of credit term.
4.To constantly
follow-up collection of accounts receivable in a manner calculated to produce positive results and the time maintain positive relations with customer.
5.Monitor accounts receivable and proactively follow up on upcoming due payment and overdue debt to meet targets.
6.Preparation of timely and accuracy reporting and advice to management and related functions.
Qualification:
1.Strong drive to acquire in-depth knowledge of credit aspects and industries.
2.Willing to work overtime where necessary to meet tight closing deadlines.
3.Strong computer skills (navigating databases and websites) including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.)
4.Fluent in English & Mandarin, both oral and written.
5.Ability to build relationship with high ranking persons and customers
6.Bachelor or above degree. Major in accounting, Economics or finance is preferred.
7.At least 5 years experiences of credit and risk management, solid experience in Account Receivable operation.
8.Having been working in finance industry or relevant function, in multinational companies is a plus.
9.A strong understanding of all accounting functions is necessary for the performance of this position. 10.Experienced in working with cross functional teams to solve any business issues.
