Senior Sales Finance Manager (Customer Marketing), Greater China
Summary:
The position takes a key role in Sales Finance and sales customer marketing team to proactively provide high quality financial analysis, operation process design to meet internal control request and local tax request in sales corporate project,. The person will work closely with sales customer marketing director to provide finance support on sales forecast, budget control and tracking, internal control support and key sales corporate level project financial analysis and operation process design. The person also will handle the ad hoc sales projects base on the business needs.
Major Duties/Responsibilities:
Sales Operation and Financial Analysis, Budget Control and Internal Control:
1. Provide finance leadership in customer marketing group during daily operation and key initiatives.
2. Collect sales related data, provide financial analysis and financial advice to optimize daily sales operation.
3. Response to provide sales related report and financial analysis, such as GS by regional, GS by brand by regional, NKA P&L.
4. Provide finance leadership and cooperate with Sales director and Sales Customer Marketing director closely on sales related budget control and high level analysis,
5. Response to cooperate with sales related department on internal control sales related activities follow up.
6. Response for SOX deployment in Sales Function.
Sales Corporate Project Financial Analysis and Support
1. Provide financial leadership on corporate level key sales projects’ design and financial analysis.
2. Provide financial related advice on key sales project design, such as accounting, invoice, tax in both Hershey’s and customers’ point of view etc…..
3. Deeply involve and provide finance leadership on distributors’ management system optimization.
4. Involve TP tools development and optimization.
5. Involve Sales Data system development.
Involve Sales Business Model Development
1. Provide finance leadership on TT business model development.
2. Involve key retails direct ship business model operation process design, analysis and development.
3. Other ad hoc project and tasks.
Education, knowledge, skills and abilities:
1. This position requires at minimum a university degree.
2. Minimum 5 years working experiences with relevant Finance / Accounting function in a sizable organization is required, and with solid achievement / performance in the capacity of key accounting / financial positions.
3. Knowledge/ability to work within computerized accounting systems (SAP) and foreign accounting software.
4. Knowledge of general accounting, tax and internal control principles.
5. Knowledge of FMCG sales model, such as NKA operation, distribution coverage model and DSR management system.
6. Knowledge and experience of financial analysis skills.
7. Knowledgeable in relevant China legal, Forex control, Tax regulations and practices, plus financial systems development.
8. Ability to meet deadlines; work under pressure and product accurate results.
9. Good communication skills.
10. Personal computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
11. Good at oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
