Job Responsibilities:

• Perform Social Compliance audits at new and existing factories
• Overview and follow up the progress on CAP with the new and existing factories
• Report to the Social Compliance Manager about the progress of CAP to the new and existing factories
  Support the Social Compliance Manager to provide the training or information about BSCI to Shanghai office, new and existing factories
• Handle clerical works and system update
• Handle the ad-hoc assignment from HK Social Compliance Manager

Education and Experience:

• University graduated in Social Systems/ Environmental Management System/ Lead Auditor qualifications or related disciplines
• Knowledge of SA8000, BSCI, social compliance, health & safety regulations and Fire Protection
• Knowledge in PRC Labor Laws and other regulations of Social Compliance Auditing
• 2 –3 years relevant working experience in sizable companies with social compliance SA8000 and BSCI, preferably in international trading or 3rd party testing institution
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills
• Honest, Independent and Good Communication skills
• Proficiency in MS office, such as MS Excel and MS Word
• Good in written and spoken English
• Willing to travel within China frequently

We offer 5 days work, 13th month salary and discretionary performance bonus to the right candidate.
