Key Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for payroll calculation work and monitor the attendance record
2. Company CPF, Business Insurance and other C&B activities implement
3. Work closely with HR manger to provide guidance and counsel on compensation and benefits related issues.
4. Continue to improve C&B procedure and policies accord with government requirement
5. Ensure the related C&B policies and procedures are executed in a fairly and timely manner
6. Conduct annually performance review, Bonus scheme, staff benefit engagement
7. Be responsible for the implementation of HR system
8. Other work assigned by HR manager
Education, Experience, and Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree, major in English/ Human Resources Management
2. 3 years working experience in C&B function.
3. Have good idea of daily HR practice.
4. Excellent excel skill
5. Strong knowledge of national and local labor law and policies, familiar with local Social Security Fund Administration
6. Initiative, good sense of responsibility, and good at communication and team work with others
7. Self-motivated and self-discipline, good learner.
8. Familiar with the JDE, SAP system is preferred.
