Purpose of the Position:
- The Lab manager will be responsible for providing overall management of Application lab operations
- Help to establish application lab and project management.
- Develop and implement technical seminar customer communication programs.
- Work closely with marketing and sales team to expand the business relationship with customers.
- Interact and exchange information with other institutions and organizations
- Perform other duties as necessary.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor safety standards and procedures for the Application Lab.
- Be responsible to generate project plan, inspection, data analysis and report.
- Manage and direct staff of employees of daily lab work.


Project involved with:
- Generate data and application note to support key focused market

Education & Experience
- Minimum requirement is Master degree in field of cell biology with specific knowledge in cell based assays, + 3-5 year experience in lab. a PhD. degree is desirable
- Open to candidates that are 8-10 years’ experience in lab if they do not have Masters.
- A deep understanding cellular and molecular biology is required.
- Excellent laboratory skills, including ability to analyze data, prepare technical reports, and interpret and evaluate technical information.

- Should demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Fluent English and Good computer manipulation ability

- Strong technical writing skills

- Be well organized, self-motivated and able to work with high pressure.
