Duties:
1. Develop and cultivate suitable vendors, maintain cooperative relationship.
2. Handle new product development, meets market sales needs.
3. Coordinate and reserve vendors’ production capacity, negotiate about price and delivery time till order completed.
4. Ensure production meets latest requirements by close communication with US design team, sales team, logistics, warehousing department and QA department.
5. Follow up production status and system updates, from order to shipment, payment, even subsequent claims if any
6. Prompt response and solution to any problem during production period.
7. Manage department operation and finance control, including recruitment, allocation and coordination.
8. Maintain and improve department system.
9. Provide necessary training to the team, cultivate multistep talents.
Requirements:
1. Have strong sourcing and negotiation ability. Responsible for bring in new vendors and nurturing them.
2. Fluent in English is a must
3. Have great experience in production follow up to achieve on time delivery.
4. Have strong leadership and training ability to be able to lead the team to fulfill the company goal.
5. Have great communication skills to work with all departments concern.
