职位描述
PURPOSE OF POSITION
? Provide technical service to support HORECA business development
? Work closely with sales team for new customer development in HORECA channel
? Initiate new application & recipes to lead new business development in HORECA channel
? Ensure technical related project well completed
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Technical Service Support
? Complete sku evaluation to extend product application in all F&B segments. including bakery, Chinese & Western cuisine;
? Prioritize technical support in HORECA channel. Implement technical visit to key accounts ( 10 a/c per region ) at least once every 2 months;
? Complete min. 2 projects to lead HORECA business development;
? Conduct quarterly training to sales team on product application & new recipe;
? Educate existing customers & chefs on GF product application to increase volume consumption;
? Support Marketing Dept. to identify USP, develop sales tool & organize exhibition to drive HORECA business development;
? Keep track of latest F&O technical & recipe development in HORECA channel in other Asian & Western market;
2. New Customers & Business Development
? Work closely with sales team and provide
? demonstration & professional technical advice to potential customers for new business development
? Introduce new GF product application to extend the usage & drive volume consumption
3. New Cuisine and Recipe Development
? Develop min. 5 recipes every quarter to drive HORECA business development;
? Establish and maintain company’s recipe database. Ensure effective utilization for HORECA business development;
4. Products Comparison
? Quarterly competitive product comparison to identify USP for company’s product selling
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Experience / Ability
? At least 10 years experience working in HORECA channel;
? At least five years experience in sour chefs positions;
? Extensive western & Asian cuisine experience , preferably well acquainted with bakery;
? Able to influence customers preference and provide recommendations;
? Problem solving skills
Technical Skill
? Good understanding of HORECA with affluent industry knowledge;
? Able to demonstrate in different cuisine cooking & bakery;
? Able to present and communicate with relevant internal and external customers;
? Able to develop new application & recipe.
