KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To execute daily car receiving and dispatching operations;
• To execute daily SD Card operation;
• To input and upload information into database/system with physical operations;
• To verify data to ensure accuracy of completed work, to ensure the system data is 100% accurate with
• physical operation and maintenance database logistic;
• To maintain operation documents filing without error;
• To prepare KPI report in time;
• To key in vehicle damaged description including area, type and severity;
• Reasonably arrangements for internal operation inside yard;
• To manage the vehicles’ key and to monitor the yard vehicle status;
• Management of vehicles’ spare parts, monitor the parts volumes;
• Good communication with our customer, dealer, vender and related partners;
• To take part in periodical audit , counting to ensure inventory 100% accurate;
• To support customs certificates handling and courier;
• Daily reports preparing and sending;
• Well implement logistic plans and procedures based on VPC’s operation pattern;
• Cooperation with VPC’s other team member to completed daily working;
• Balance workload to support team working;
• Other tasks as assigned.

COMPETENCES:

• University degree or equivalent study experience;
• Good command of both written and oral English;
• Strong customer-oriented spirits
• High accuracy and quality with attention to details;
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks with high efficiency, and able to work independently
• Able to work under pressure in a busy environment;
• Strong ethics with details-oriented personality;
• Familiar with Office software, exert function to support daily report;
• Eager to learn and develop career in the company;
• To adapt shift duties and be willing to work overtime.
