KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• ？ Provide high-quality outbound/inbound cargo documentation and cargo tracking report/schedules;
• ？ Keep good communication with other function teams within WWL organization;
• ？ Maintain cargo dimension accurately and coordinate the process;
• ？ Equipment management including mafi and bolster, keep reports accurately based on voyage/week/month;
• ？ In charge of demurrage collection;
• ？ Keep smooth contact with port agent, terminal staff, tally company etc.;
• ？ Keep good and frequent contact with customers，follow up customers’ survey, assist in customers’ events when necessary;
• ？ Prepare invoices application and assist in related finance issues when necessary;
• ？ Focus on KPI target and exceeding customers’ expectations;
• ？ Provide necessary assistance to claim process;
• ？ Make accurate performance reports;
• ？ Handle documentation as agency of other shipping lines such as Armacup and Eukor when required;
• ？ Other tasks as assigned.

COMPETENCES:

• ？ University Degree or equivalent study experience;
• ？ Fluent in written and oral English;
• ？ Experienced user of MS applications(Word, Excel ,PPT etc);
• ？ Experiences in system utilization/FOB cargo handling in shipping line/forwarder is a plus.
• ？ Strong customer focus;
• ？ High accuracy and quality with attention to detail;
• ？ Ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently, and to work independently;
• ？ Ability to work in a team and have good communication / interpersonal skills;
• ？ Eager to learn and develop career in the company.
