职位描述
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Business retention & Service Assurance
· Receive the routine booking from local & overseas station
· Validate the booking info
· Ensure full set of docs is received
· Request shipper to provide KC form & BR for the new customer. (Only apply for HKG)
· Ensure clear shipping instruction to handle normal & 3rd party billing shipment
· For FOB (RO) term, check with overseas destination office for term/rate on booking acceptance.
(Pre-approval if applicable)
· Counter propose alternative carriers' option & lead time per overseas request
· Notify import shipment to consignee with providing the "Shipment Arrival Notice"
· Send out shipment summary report to customer / overseas office (if applicable)
· Inform shipper the ad-hoc charges and seek for acceptance (Cancellation, storage, change location etc.)
· Revert if updated connecting flight and ETA to shipper/ overseas if needed
2. Business Implementation
· Report / Follow up irregularities with customers & liaison with overseas stations (Revert with customer / shipper on special repackaging instruction to warehouse for compliance)
· Prepare the SOP for SME accounts
3. Business Development
· Expand the selling on other services scope on existing customers/suppliers (Relationship & Vendor management) (FS involvement when needed)
· In-house selling on Service and Product Development for any of overseas Trade Lane or Free hand shipment opportunity (e.g. trucking, export clearance, and cross trade expansion)
· Meet with potential customer for further Business development when needed
Education and Experience requirements
· Minimum of 3 years experience in services and logistics industry
· Industry knowledge for handling procedures of airfreight or sea freight
· Strong MS applications, fluent English and Cantonese/Mandarin
