POSITION SUMMARY
Our Client is a famous FMCG company over the world.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
This job contributes to our client success by supporting the creation of outstanding store designs for a regional market that upholds its Customer Experience, meeting brand design expectations, cost, schedule and operational requirements while working with a cross functional team. Models and acts in accordance with our client guiding principles

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
  2. Design all new stores and renovations to reflect new concepts meeting established design quality expectations, including Brand Relevance, New Concepts, Esthetic, Innovations, Local Relevance, while protecting the brand
  3. Contributes to Global Development business goals with construction & real estate by achieving target deliverables on number of stores and meeting all established deadlines. Designs stores that meet design quality standards, individual store budgets, and market requirements based on direction from the design manager.
  4. Meets drawing set quality control expectations.
  5. Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
  6. Manages the production of construction documents by designers and external consultants. Mentors designers and ensures intended scope of work, needs and code requirements are met on drawings. Checks drawings for design intent.
  7. Participates in the design process by assessing the scope of the project through review of surveys and deal documents. Develops schematic drawings and selects design elements under periodic guidance of the design manager.
  8. Participates in the execution of design strategy by reinforcing communicated design direction and changes to consultants. Identifies exceptions, proposes design solutions and resolves issues with manager.
  9. Partners with cross functional tea in design review under the guidance of the design manager. Participates in periodic market tours.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Summary of Experience

  1. CAD drafting using Microstation or AutoCAD software, including production of construction documents - 5 years
  2. Experience working in retail, hospitality, or restaurant design or development organization - 5 years
  3. Interior and architectural design experience in a retail, hospitality, or restaurant design or development organization, including management of construction documents – 5 years
  4. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  5. Ability to create innovative designs by interpreting design objectives into unique and varied store locations
  6. Demonstrated ability in industry trends, building and health codes, 3D visualization, and color and design principles
  7. Knowledge of current sustainability trends and practices preferred
  8. Ability to work as part of a team
  9. Ability in 3D visualization and working knowledge of color and design principles
  10. Visual, written and verbal communication of design issues
  11. Ability to execute multiple designs under tight deadlines
  12. Ability to translate stated design principles / objectives into unique and varied store locations
