Operations Assistant (Internship) – Ocean/Distribution Serivce/Transcon Department
Job Description:
Handle daily shipment, make sure all the shipment operations are in compliance with the company's standard work flow & procedure.
Daily self-checking system's exceptional report and achieve KPI performance.
Maintain relationship with customer at local and assistant Team Leader or Supervisor tailor made SOP for each individual account.
Additional tasks arranged by Supervisor / Manager.
The Qualification:
To be able to read and write English, CET6 needed.
Team spirit and good international communication skill.
Typing skills and computer knowledge preferred.
