Follow up whole trading procedure: draft purchase contract and sales contract; prepare payment request for accurate commodity, freight, other charges and ensure accurate preparation of invoices application; prepare delivery order etc.

Coordinate and negotiate with external counterparties ensuring the soomth operation, such as contract terms, inland cargo transportation,delivery confirmation and payment/invoice etc.


Cooperate with internal counterparties: accounting team, trading team, operation team etc.


Check and update system data daily and timely and extract report from system.


Report and negotiate document for claim, proactively to problems or other designated responsibility area.
