职位描述
Responsibilities:
·Assist administration manager to see security guard, facility maintenance, dormitory, canteen, receptionist, driver, cleaner, security guard.
·Supervise the routine admin affairs including express, office space allocation and decoration, maintain all office equipment and necessary office supplies
·Assist administration manager to leads and manages a team of facilities maintenance service professionals/ subcontractors (including but not limited to canteen, stationary, car, shuttle bus, hotel, travel agency) to deliver services that exceed internal customer satisfaction in compliance with contract requirements; to ensure high quality service, deliveries and fast turnaround on issues
·Monitor proper use of company properties
· Assist administration manager to develop internal administrative procedures and internal admin memo announcement etc
·Assist administration manager to control administrative cost
·Assist administration manager to build a professional and harmony working environment for all our employees
·Provide admin support in important activities and events
Qualification:
·Bachelor or above degree.
·At least 5 years practical experience in facilities equipment maintenance, among which 3 yrs of in management role.
·Ability to achieve a balance between cost and value to customer.
·Proactive, positive, resourcefulness in problem-solving, detail oriented, highly responsibilities Proficiency oral and written communication skills required in both Mandarin and English.
·Software Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) are required
