Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Technical Support of customers in China

2. Prepares and make customize Technical presentations to customers

3. Prepares and issue Technical Reports to customers

4. Perform Technical Service to Customers: Based on the customer needs attend mold trial or any other customers' processes and follow up the approval process on new models/products. Ensure prompt qualification of new colors in OA customers.

5. Conduct Technical Seminars for key customers.

6. New Business Development: Closely work with development team, and Business Development Manager. Propose development ideas. Defend its projects as Project Manager in front of the Business Development Manager and the Gate Keepers. Bring the supported projects to completion and customer success with support of Product Development Team.

7. Issuing Technical Reports: Based on investigations done in the case of complaints or experimentations done in the case of development projects, to prepare and issue relevant Technical Reports to customer.

8. Update the technical manager on all development and customer related issues.

QUALIFICATION

1. Master degree in Polymer Science/Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Material Engineering

2. At least 5-8 years working experience in petrochemicals industry in multinational companies.

3. Familiar with polymer, such as PS/PP/PE.

4. High level of technical service skill preferably in injection and extrusion

5. Good interpersonal skills, strong communication and reporting skills.

6. Fluent oral and written English.
