Job responsibilities:
? Involved in setting up the Bakery application laboratory, establishing the processes, formulas and equipment for bakery flavor application lab with the coach of headquarter team.
? Apply the flavors in finished products in order to evaluate the different flavor trials.
? Deliver the finished product samples
? Provide the technical advice to the product manager/costumers. To accelerate this goal, s/he will receive some training programs and he/she will have regular contacts with the Application Manger in Headquarter.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree majored in Food technology, Biology, chemistry and etc.
2. Able to work with cross-functional teams and interested in developing a long term professional carrier in the company.
3. Strategic focus, costumer oriented sense of urgency, an active contributor in projects.
4. The most critical point for this position is to recruit a person with more than 5-7 years of professional experience in the bakery industry (NPD, product development) and mainly with good technology knowledge in bakery product, i.e. the pastry.
5. Fluent English.
