职位描述
职位职能: 客服主管 Client Team Leader
Objectives:
Provide a high leadership to manage the client team on line with the strategy of the company and customer’s requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and train the coordinators in client team
- To supervise and lead the client team to guarantee a satisfied service to customers
- Collaborate closely with Sales to have a smooth program transfer to client team
- Communicate with all departments to provide an efficient coordination of programs
- Handle the sales issues and customer’s complaints.
- Contact the customers to understand their needs or inquiry of company’s services
- Follow-up orders, from contract drafting till payment collection.
- Establish clear and efficient internal process with other departments and customer’s procedures.
- Participate to customer meeting, if needed
- Prepare weekly and monthly forecast of the test
- Be the contact with other locations of Group
- Follow the company quality manual and system
Skills and Requirements:
- 3 Years working experience in Textile or Chemical or Toy Testing is a must. Management role experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills & coordination abilities.
- A good command of English in writing and speaking.
- Good team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with office software
