Position: Personal Assistant
Job Scope:
Assist Managing Director in daily work.
1 Answer telephones, screen calls, and take messages from external or internal sources
2 Accurately transcribe, type, format, and proof read a wide variety of material (for example correspondence, invoices, contracts, meeting minutes, reports, speeches, and presentations) using word processing, presentation, graphics and spreadsheet software.
3 Coordinate internal and external meetings so that they run smoothly. This may include scheduling meeting times, making travel arrangements for attendees
4 Manage the appointments and schedules in the unit supported and make travel arrangements to make
best use of their time.
5 Use office equipment such as photocopiers, faxes, and printers.
6 Perform other secretarial tasks according to established guidelines and procedures
Qualifications:
1. Female,Bachelor or above.
2. Proficient in both spoken and written English.
3. Familiar with office software.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
5. High level of organizational skills.
6. Initiative attitude towards work and strong problem solving skills.
8. At least 5 years related eworking experience in Foreign Company.
