Supplier Management (Stationed at Contracted Manufacturer (CM) site, and regular follow up tasks at Die-casted and Injection Molding Suppliers)

职位职能: 供应商管理 (主要驻CM厂内, 及定期跟进其他压铸/啤塑供应商)

Responsibilities
1. Participate in setup product quality plan, quality documents and follow up implementation results;

2. Work close with 3^rd parties outside laboratory and our Approbation Engineer for product certification and follow up tasks;

3. Work close with CM for quality problems found during the project in production pilot and mass production stage;
4. Implement preventive task on product quality, such as monitor CM’s KPI on Rolled Throughput Yield (Y_RTP)，Outgoing QC DPPM and Unannounced Production Line Audit tasks;
5. Handle customer complaint, follow up product/component failure analysis (i.e. RMA/8D/FMEA);
6. Communicate with CM and Suppliers, Support internal cross functional team such as Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering and Supply Chain Management;

7. Work independent, communicate with CM and supplier for problem solving;

Qualifications
1. Degree or above, preferably in Electronics Engineering, Quality Management and Laboratory Management or related technical discipline; at least 3 years relevant experience in LED lighting will be an advantage;
2. Familiar in electronic component characteristic such as LED/PCB/Transformer/Capacitor;
3. Strong in communication skill, organizing and good problem solving skill, experience in handling quality problem with Contracted Manufacturer/Suppliers effective and efficient;

4. Self-initiative, drive to success and able to work independently and under pressure;
5. Proficient reading and written in English (Level 6);

6. Candidate with less experience will also be considered as “Quality Engineer”

工作职责：.
1. 负责参与制定产品质量计划，产品质量要求文件等工作，并跟进落实是否有效执行;

2. 负责与第三方实验室及香港认证工程师合作，跟进产品认证等工作;

3. 跟进供应商(CM) 含新机种阶段和量产阶段等等的质量跟进工作;
4. 执行预防性的质量工作，如监管供应商(CM) 的Rolled Throughput Yield (YRT)，Outgoing QC DPPM 及Unannounced Production Line Audit等工作;
5. 处理客诉，负责跟进产品/零部件的质量异常及分析(如RMA/8D/FMEA);
6. 与供应商沟通配合，并支持内部职能部门如项目工程，机械工程，电子工程及物流团队工作;

7. 能独立处理工作及与供应商沟通并解决问题.

职位要求：
1. 本科或以上学历，电子工程或质量管理或实验室管理等相关技术专业，3年或以上灯具相关工 作经验；
2. 熟悉LED/PCB/变压器/电容等电子材质特性的经验;
3. 善沟通，协调能力佳，必须有与生产工厂处理质量问题的经验;

4. 主动积极、有冲劲、在压力下仍能独立处理工作;

5. 良好的英语读写及应用能力 (Level 6);

6. 如应征者要求未达到相关要求，亦可能被考虑为“质量工程师”
