- Be trained to build up relationships with factories’ "significant others" and take the lead to drive the conversation (Factory owners and management) and stay on top. (All Time)

- Guide and Train factories to understand Sensio Supplier Manual and our customer requirements, in terms of general business requirements and execution. Stay on top. (All Time)

- Help source new factories for auditing teams / engineering teams to evaluate, while on top of the evaluation of the factories’ ownership, structure, commercial competitiveness, and fitness. (All Time)

- Help new factory orientation. Stay on top. (All Time)

- Collect and Analyze the industrial trends, factory insights with intelligence reporting. Stay on top. (All Time)

- Facilitate PO forecast, capacity, and lead-time discussion between Logistic and Factory by each quarter and stay on top. (All Time)

- Facilitate PO Confirmation with Factory with Logistic department and stay on top. (Stage 3 - 4)

- Report/push Montreal side for factories’ drop dead dates to ensure OTD shipment and stay on top. (Stage 3- 4)

- Guide factories to update Production Control and Status (Ramp Plan) and stay on top; Review and Challenge. (Stage 5)

- Negotiate with factories about Production Preparation and Late Ship Resolution Problem Solving, to align with Management strategy and direction. Driver with delegated power. (Stage 5)

- Work closely with Quality Assurance / PCE to ensure OTD performance. Supportive role to other China teams. (Stage 3 - 5)

- Support Product Managers (administratively) to follow through all-round merchandising activities, like general document accuracy validation and pursuant to help verify the feasibility of the information, especially PD sheet, marketing information, samples, and customer requirements. (Stage 1 – 3)

- Product Manager Buying trips and Management factory visit support and follow up. (All Time)

- Support Product Manger / Management in current factory matrix to assist providing valuable factory performance information and updated insights (In Stage 2).

- Be in the loop with comments of initial product PDS / Ramp Plan (Stage 2 - 3).

- Support to ensure accuracy of actual print package (Artwork, Shipping Mark, Warrenty card artwork, and other marketing related pieces…etc). Not including RL and IM, which requires technical associates to review. (Stage 3 - 4)


- Prefer to have people who can speak dialects, namely in 3 regions – Ningbo,Xiamen and Guangdong..
