职位要求:
1. 电器、玩具、服装或纺织、鞋类、家具、音频&视频或塑胶产品技术背景
2. 有产品质量控制行业工作经验
3. 有制造类工作经验及获AQSIQ证者更佳
4. 经验或技术稍弱者可考虑助理主管职位
5. 英语口语及书面语流利
6. 积极,头脑清晰
7. 抗压能力强
8. 沟通能力好,有团队精神
工作职责:
Technical Supervisor的主要任务是确保检验员按照公司的标准和客户的要求进行检验。
具体工作内容如下:
1. 每天做验货资料,然后发给相关的检验员
2. 每天跟进及监督检验员当天的工作
3. 跟进公司重要客户,包括客户会议,制作详细的检验流程,等
4. 跟进并稽查检验员的工作表现
5. 协助解决客户投诉以及投诉的调查
6. 执行并跟进纠正措施和/或新的工作流程
本职位属管理类职位,工作任务较重,但在员工管理及项目处理方面将提供很大的发展机会和空间。
Qualifications/expertise:
- Any technical expertise in the field of Electrical appliances, Toys, Garment/Textile, Footwear, Furniture, Audio and video, plastic products. (several vacancies opened)
- Experience in quality control field is strongly recommended
- Experience in manufacturing is appreciated
- AQSIQ certified is a plus
- Less experienced or less technical candidates will be considered for Assistant Supervisor position with possibility of quick promotion.
Profile:
- Fluent in both oral and written English is a must
- Positively oriented mind
- Willing to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
Job responsibility:
The Main target is to ensure the inspector perform an inspection following standards and client's requirements.
The Technical supervisor is responsible for the job done by the inspectors.
He/She is the inspector's direct supervisor and technical advisor.
In order to reach this target the Protocol supervisor will have to perform the following tasks:
- Create inspection protocol/checklist daily and send them to inspectors
- Daily follow up of inspections
- Follow up key client's accounts, including client's meeting, design of specific inspection process etc
- Audit and follow up inspector's performance
- Help in investigating and solving client's complains
- Implement and follow up corrective actions and/or new processes
The position is a managing position that require multitasking and provide a great opportunity to improve one's skill in staff management and project handling.
