职位描述

Responsibilities:

Based in Shenzhen, and reporting to an IT Manager, the Web Developer is in charge of developing new web initiatives using PHP. He/she will be integrated to a team focusing on the front-end developments.

The Web Developer/Designer's primary objective is to deliver Web applications following the given requirements. The following technologies need to be mastered:

? Web technologies: PHP, CSS, XHTML, JavaScript

? Designer Tools: Zend Studio, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop

? Webservices: WSDL, SOAP

? Java and/or Lotus Notes knowledge is a very strong plus

Main Duties:
? Perform web front-end development;
? Integrate new design Mock-Ups within the existing structure;
? Fine-tune the web pages of our eCommerce and marketing platforms;
? Improve existing page’s performance and compatibility with our target audience's needs;
? Stay up to date with the latest web technologies (Web 2.0, RIA, etc);
? Follow SEO Guideline guarantee the web page’s best possible search relevance;
? Occasionally modify/update the web assets (PSDs, Illustrator, ect);
? Strictly follow the web project development cycle and methodology;
? Insure the compatibility of his work with all required environment (OS, Browsers).

Requirements:

Profile:
? Minimum Education – BA in computer science
? Minimum Experience – 2 to 3 years in a similar position
Skills:
? Very good command of English (daily written and oral communications) - A MUST
? Vast Knowledge of IT development cycles and associated tools
? Eager desire to help the IT department progress
? Analytical, detailed oriented, pro-active and dynamic
? Ability to work under pressure and tight schedules
