职位描述

AsiaInspection Laboratory Testing department operates an online platform which allows clients to get instant quotations, book and manage their Laboratory Testing orders online and puts partner laboratories in competition on their prices and lead times.

Responsibility
The main assignments of the Laboratory Testing Assistants are:
I. Check the lists of tests booked by the clients and communicate with labs and clients if further checking/confirmation is required
II. Timely arrange testing samples in correct quantity to the labs (chase samples from AI inspectors and from factories)
III. Confirm the quotations with the labs and communicate with client in case the final price is higher than the price booked by the client
IV. Review testing reports and send them to the client
V. Perform in-house X-ray testing

Reporting line: the LT Assistants report to the LT Supervisor.

Requirements
- decent command of English (daily written and oral communications)
- minimum education: undergraduate
- 2-3 years experience in a consumer product testing lab, in a Customer Service position
- smart, easily adaptable and enthusiastic mind
- hard worker and willing to learn
