职位描述
Our client is a Multinational Company, they are looking for high-caliber persons to fill the position.
Responsibilities:-
- Design and manage full range of HR functions and needs; Advise on human resources policy, practices, make or recommend appropriate decisions; compliance with all applicable local laws;
- Handle payroll management, HRIS administration and expatriate management;
- Maintain positive relationship with various government agencies and official involved in employment sector;
- Manage overall supervision of recruitment, placement and training programmes;
- Manage the performance review process to ensure to accurate, balanced and fair evaluations;
- Develop and drive strategy specifically in relation to attraction, retention and strategic development of workforce;
- Direct the implementation, interpretation and application of established human resources policies and systems to ensure consistency in the implementation of the HR practices within the Group;
- Liaise closely with other functional teams to develop innovative strategies and working practices;
- Work with the other regional and/or global HR teams on a range of strategic initiatives.
Requirements:-
- PRC candidate currently working in Xiamen or Local Xiamen resident;
- Degree holder with at least 9 years’ solid HR generalist experience;
- Be able to interact with all levels of personnels with different cultures and nationalities;
- Ability to present sound and well-reasoned arguments to convince others, can draw from a range of strategies to persuade people in a way that results in agreement or behavior change;
- Able to simplify complex problems, explore and evaluate issues systematically;
- Adaptable and works effectively with a variety of situations, individuals or groups;
- MUST have manufacturing background with MNCs working experience is preferred; expatriate administration is a must;
- Well-versed in local employment labour laws and solid experience in dealing with local authorities;
- Good team player, mature, proactive, meticulous, assertive;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with sound analytical mind;
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is a must.
