Job Description:
1.Check Reimbursement ＆Payment Application；
Stamp the date when receive the payment application.
Examine whether the payment application is up to specification including Vendor Name ＆ Code, Reason, Amount, Cost Center, Order No., Item No., and Signature.
Examine whether the attachment is complete.If the invoice is applied, check the details of the invoice such as the company’s name, amount, description, legality.

2.Send bills or documents to bank, tax bureau, etc.

3.Create customer code ＆ Vendor code.
Timely per required

4.Filing all vouchers, management of documents, for example: bank reconciliation, bank agreement etc.

5.Perform filing and other ad-hoc administrative work as required

Job Requirements:
1.College degree above, majored in Accounting ＆ Finance；
2.Patient,details orientated,careful；
3.Good communication skills；
4.Team worker,have good performance under pressure.

PS:2013届应届毕业生，先实习，毕业转正。
实习待遇：12.5元/小时，一周5天8小时制。
