Manage recruitments and hiring according to the strategy of the company;
根据公司的战略负责员工的招募工作。
C&B and other Human resources work.
负责员工薪酬和人事部门的其他工作。
Develop, implement and manage the performance evaluation system according to company policies and needs;
员工发展、绩效考核工作。
In charge of the general office administration
管理其他人力资源事务。


职位要求：
-本科学历
-制造业相关公司工作经验
-流利的英语书写能力和口语能力
-具有人力资源知识和经验
-良好的沟通能力和管理能力
