职位描述

Our client is a Fortune 500, they are looking for high-caliber persons to fill the position.

Responsibilities:-


- This is an HR Administrator role providing effective overall system support and HR Administrator work for China and AP region through implementation / inititiating of HR programs / systems / policies / procedures under the guidance of Sr. HR Director.

- Main Duties and Responsibilities:- Perform day-to-day HR administrative tasks with requested quality standard by company;

- Assist in implementation of key HR programs / systems of company as per company standards independently or under guidance of HR Director;

- Assist in initiate local HR policies / procedures / programs as per local legislative or business requirements.


Core Tasks:

- Perform all the HR administrative tasks as per company and (e.g. Employment Contract, HR reporting, HR information system, payroll, social insurances, etc.);

- Monitor and process recruitment process for new associates requisition, selection, offering, on-boarding process;

- Administer payroll calculation, headcount report, and the C&B policies (company global / regional / local) for internal and external equity;

- Work with Sr. HR Director to participate in salary survey (Job Description, job matching, data submission, interpretation of results, etc.)

- Any other HR related tasks as per request by Sr. HR Director.

- Service Orientation (Level 3): Ability to understand customer needs and expectations, provide excellent service in direct and indirect manner, and fulfil customer expectations;

- Adaptability (Level 3): Knowledge of successful approaches, tools and techniques for dealing with changes and adapting to a changing environment;

- Results Orientation (Level 3): Ability to understand objectives to be accomplished, develop a plan to achieve them and deliver timely results and in an accuracy manner.

- Alignment (Level 3): Knowledge of approaches, tools and techniques for gaining the cooperation and support of others;

- Collaboration (Level 3): Ability to work effectively as part of a team;

- Performance Management (Level 2): Knowledge of organization's performance management system, practices and tools; ability to apply them to developing and improving individual, team, and organizational performance.

- HR technical knowledge / skills (Compensation & Benefit; HRIS)


Requirements:-


- i.e. Educational / vocational qualifications, technical skills, commercial work experience

- Bachelor degree; 5+ years working experience in a multi-national company with basic business understanding, hands-on experience as HR systems with sound knowledge of HR foundations (key HR processes) and local labor laws / regulations.

- Fluent English (both written and spoken) and good PC skills (Micro-soft Office).
