· Bachelor Degree holder
· Minimum 10 years experience in household products
· Knowledge in Europe, South America and Asia Pacific markets is necessary
· Mature, hardworking, well organized and willing to work under pressure and independently while at the same time a team player
· Able to plan and multitask various projects and directions at one time.
· High degree of work ethics and integrity
· Good presentation and attention to details
· Fast and hardworking, flexible mind, good problem solving skills and able to work under pressure and meet deadline
· Good understanding of China factory operations
· Excellent command of English and Chinese
