Objective（岗位目标） ？
The Control Room Controller is responsible for the operational co-ordination of G4S Zhejiang Secure Solutions Company Limited regarding communication, escalation and reporting of manned resources, handling of incidents and in the case of any unexpected incidents or urgent matters, the Control Room Controller will assume command under the direction of the Operations Director.
控制室主管主要负责浙江杰富仕保安服务有限公司对内部及外部的协调和营运工作，包括沟通，岗位人员情况分析和报告，以及有关一般事件、突发事件和紧急事件的处理等。控制室主管应在营运部门总监的指导下执行相关的指令。

Accountabilities（岗位职责） ？
Ensuring the implementation of the company general orders, policies and procedures especially in relation to the use of communications, use of transport, supervision and scheduling system.
（确保公司政策及程序得到有效的执行，尤其是对内部及外部的沟通、公司交通工具的使用，岗位监督和岗位排班。）
Monitor the condition of all posts and in consultation with the Operations Director; Operations Officer and Scheduler to ensure full coverage of post requirements.
（监管所有岗位的人手安排情况，并与营运总监、营运主任和排班主任及时沟通，确保满足所有岗位的人员需求。）
Maintaining close contact with Operations Team to ensure proper supervision and operational efficiency in case of complaints or incidents.
（与营运小组保持密切的联系，确保在发生客户投诉或者紧急事件时有正确的处理，并维持营运效率）
Work with the Operations Team on various posts; and ensure compliance with Group standards and reporting requirements.
（与运营团队各个岗位紧密协作，确保符合集团标准和报告要求）
Response to the customer service hotline and handling any enquiry from customer.
（接听客户服务热线，并处理客户的相关咨询）
Any other tasks directed by the Operations Director.
（完成营运总监指派的其他任务）

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience

High School or above.
（高中或以上学历）
At least 2 years relevant working experience in Security Industry or Discipline force experience is preferred.
