Objective（岗位目标） ？
To support all scheduling for manpower of all posts and to ensure there is no unscheduled situation and verify individual deployment is assigned and approved by the Operations Manager.
（安排所有岗位的人员排班与调度，确保没有漏排情况发生。对于所有的调度安排，获得营运经理的确认和批准）

Accountabilities（岗位职责） ？
Formulate, implement and monitor the daily manpower situation for the Operations through the transference plan process.
（为营运部规划、制定人员调度计划，监管日常的人员状况）
Manage the duty roster from post for Operations Department.
（管理营运部各个岗位的排班情况）
Work with the Operations Team on various posts; and ensure compliance with Group standards and reporting requirements.
（与运营小组及各个岗位之间紧密协作，确保符合集团标准和报告要求）
Maximizing retention of staff.
（在保留员工方面，通过优化排班，最大限度地发挥排班的作用）
Liaison with the on-duty Control Room Controller and Post Guards regarding deployment of duties to ensure contracted coverage is achieved.
（与控制室主管和保安人员一起，确保岗位安排满足顾客的要求）
Ensure all security guards are following the duty roster and scheduling properly on duty.
（确保所有的保安人员按照排班计划上岗工作）
Work closely with posts in-charge on manpower planning and strategy of recruitment and retention.
（积极配合相关人员，开展人员规划、招聘和留用等工作）
Work closely with HR on leave applications from guards and labor dispute.
（紧密配合人事专员，处理保安人员的休假、离职申请和劳资纠纷等事项）
Any other tasks directed by the Operations Director.

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience

High School or above.
（高中以上学历）
At least 2 years relevant working experience in Security Industry or Discipline force experience is preferred.
（至少2年在保安行业的相关工作经验，有部队或警察经验者优先）
