Direct Manager: Finance Controller

Objective
Finishing financial report and tax filing timely and accurately ,supporting business from financial perspective

Accountabilities
§ Prepare and input all journal entries ,handle month-end closing transactions and process
§ Prepare supporting documentations for bookkeeping including revenue, cost , G&A, AR,AP etc.,
§ Complete financial statements monthly, quarterly and yearly following GAAP and headquarters’ requirements
§ Complete tax filing on time and accurately
§ Support internal and external audit
§ Coordinate to solve financial issues and report to Controller
§ Complete other relevant tasks assigned by Finance Controller and assist other management issues

Key Result Areas
§ Complete all responsibilities timely and accurately

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience§ Be responsible ,careful and able to work under pressure
§ College or above major in finance , accounting or related majors
§ More than 4 years accounting experience
§ Relevant working experience in foreign companies
§ Familiar with Kingdee or Userfriend financial software
§ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
§ Teamwork and good interpersonal skill
