职位目标 Job Purpose：
To provide financial support to OTC & Hospital sales team and Wellness Business Controller, which includes –

？ Ensure robust tracking of Channel fund and Selling Promotion spending;
？ Ensure timely & correct monthly closing;
？ Ensure timely & correct finance master-data maintenance;
？ Collaborate with sales team for financial deliverable and process simplification.

主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities:
I. Sales Spending Control
？ Review all Channel fund & Selling STP applications according to S&PPG, EAL, budget affordability, then create STP NO. & upload expense phasing into JDE system;
？ Publish robust Channel fund and Selling Promotion STP tracking reports, indicating budget, commitment & spending status;
？ Facilitate Channel fund, Selling promotion month-end closing, prepare phasing report, review transaction, and prepare adjustment JV;
？ Review STP tracking with STP owner (eg. CMK, RKRM, KAM, project owner, etc.)
？ Provide orientation training and refresh training to Sales team on STP application, review process;
？ Sales OPEX budget allocation maintenance and tracking;
？ Facilitate OPEX month-end closing, review transaction and prepare adjustment JV.

II. Financial Analysis
？ Prepare Monthly by-region P&L for OTC&HP channel.

III. Financial Support to Partnership
1. Maintain and update GOA for eT&E and NI/PP;
2. Regular weekly payment application;
3. Distributor Reconciliation statement;
4. Provide financial training to sales team;
5. Attend to ad hoc requests of business partners;
6. Involve in finance system improvement and process simplification projects;
7. Assist in PWC Audit preparation and finalization.

任职条件Qualifications:
? 文化程度Education (学历/专业Diploma, Degree and Major):
会计、财务或相关专业大学本科以上学历；

? 任职经验Working Experience:
三年以上企业财务管理工作经验，中级会计师以上资格证书；
? 专业知识/技能Professional Knowledge/Skill :
1. 具备相应的财务经验，熟悉财务计划、财务成本分析、财务预算等财务管理工作
2. 熟悉国家各项相关财务、税务、审计法规和政策；
? 计算机及外语水平Computer & Language Skill:
1. 熟练使用财务软件和其他办公软件；
2. 熟练的英文听、说、读、写能力。
? 能力要求Competency:
1. 强烈责任心，开放的性格，良好的沟通能力；擅于协作，具备良好的团队合作精神;
2. 能够在压力下开展工作；善于学习;
3. 具有敏锐的洞察力和数据感觉，极强的财务分析和内部审计能力;
