Responsibility:

1. Data Collection

a. - Work with each country procurement team in Asia Pacific to gather and organize accurately quantitative and qualitative information

b. - Audit data quality and help entity to correct and clean up data according to Hermes Codification.

2. Data Analysis

a. - Analyze spend data, supplier quality and capability

b. - Look for cost-saving opportunities

c. - Makes sure that the Hermes classification is implemented and properly applied

d. - Perform ad hoc analysis when required

3. Data Management and Reporting

a. - Maintain the integrity of the data base

b. - Build activity reports as defined in procedures

c. - Manage the Procurement Savings Reporting in coordination with the group and entities

d. - Monitor efficiency actions plans while ensuring that those concerned take action

4. Procurement Process and Documentation

a. - Work with group, other zones and entity to establish and standardize procurement process and documentation

b. - Communicate, train and implement the standards

c. - Audit the compliance of standards

d. - Promote good and best practices

5. Communication

a. - Generate and publish quarterly Procurement News Letter

b. - Design and manage livelink based Procurement information-sharing platform

c. - Enhance communication and information exchange among the teams

Requirements:

1. BS or BA degree in Business or Trading

2. Experience in indirect sourcing or sales & marketing or project management for over 3 years; knowledge of supply base and products is a plus

3. Skills of project management and data analysis is required, knowledge of supply base and product is plus

4. English: advanced level for verbal and written business communication; multi-national study / work experience is a plus

5. Strong computer skills and proficiency in the use of Ms Excel, PowerPoint

6. Good communication and facilitation
