专业：微波、电磁场、通信及相关专业；
经验：一年以上工作经验，或技术能力强的应届毕业生

知识与技能
1) 熟练阅读专业相关英文技术资料；
2) 微波专业的理论基础扎实，了解微波器件、整机和天线设计原理；
3) 掌握微波PCB及微波电路设计，仿真和制板工具；
4) 能使用其中一款（ADS、HFSS、AWR等)微波仿真设计软件；
5) 熟练使用微波常用仪器仪表，如网络分析仪、频谱仪、功率计等；

基本素质
1) 思路清晰；吃苦耐劳；热爱工作；动手能力强；
2) 性格开朗，善于沟通协调，抗压能力强，有团队合作精神。

以下经验优先录取
熟悉微波器件项目开发流程，具有丰富的项目（收发组件、频率源、功率放大器、滤波器等）开发经验，能根据技术参数要求制定电路原理、实现方案及可靠性保障方案等，总体把握项目开发过程。
