岗位职责:

1、负责公司天线设计及测试相关工作，并优化天线性能；

2、按照项目管理流程要求，完成从天线设计方案到结项评审各个阶段工作；

任职要求：

1、电磁场工程与微波技术、通信或电子工程类专业本科及以上学历；

2、具有天线设计领域两年以上设计经验或技术能力强的应届毕业生；

3、掌握天线设计原理，至少熟悉使用一种微波仿真软件；

4、熟悉微波天线测试仪器操作；

5、熟练阅读英文资料；

6、有事业心，有团队合作精神；
