职位描述

Task and responsibility
l Achieve sales target
l Identify and evaluate potential Distributors
l Contact and visit current & prospective customers to explore all possible business opportunities.
l Ensure Distributors understand and follow Trade Policy
l Assist Distributors in developing dedicated TRW sales force
l Ensure Distributors set workshop targets and weekly call plan
l Develop new business and promote products actively
l Monitor and document Distributors performance against plan
l Collect and analyse market information and prepare sales forecast as required by TRW
l Regularly report to the Area Manager on business activities, competitor activities and significant changes in the marketplace
l Establish, develop and maintain good relationship with all levels of customer including Distributors and workshops
l Cooperate with Product Marketing and other TRW Departments as required.


Educational background
Bachelor degree, commerce related.


Knowledge and experience
l At least 3 years of relevant experience in multinational enterprise, Automobile industry is preferred
l Excellent communication and presentation skill
l Demonstrated ability to develop strategic operating plans for sales territories
l English writing is a must
l Team player
