-Job descriptions
This position will report to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, and work closely with Global Talent Acquisition Team.
There will be vital interaction to ensure the “best and the brightest” talent is sourced and delivered in a timely fashion.

? Develop, execute, and monitor online candidate search campaigns using a variety of internet based resources as a delivery vehicle for producing quality candidates
? Search diversity databases and available ATS and Job Board systems for potential talent, pipeline as needed - Internet research utilizing search engines, metasearch, company sponsored tools and sites, company approved and available Web 2.0 social networking sites and available tools
? Identify and implement creative and targeted search/marketing strategies or technologies that will drive successful pipeline of both active and passive candidates
? Research effective recruiting trends, understand how they align with Jabil business priorities and develop a case to push your ideas forward
? Use competitive analysis to understand hiring needs and recruiting practices of talent competitors


-Requirements
? 1-3 years of building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research
? Ability to execute sourcing strategy and interview process management
? Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member
? Bachelor’s degree
