工作地:上海、深圳、杭州、广州、佛山、成都、合肥
Job Responsibility:
1. Manage, supervise and lead branch operation team, to ensure the overall operation performance at branch leave is kept at satisfactory level
2. Closely monitor branch daily transaction execution quality, including document review, transaction authorization etc to effectively control operation risks and avoid corporate loss
3. At branch level, assist line manger to ensure branch operation adhere to bank internal / external policy, standard, procedures
4. Coach and training branch operation staffs to ensure they have the same understanding and same practice against procedures as well as to ensure the execution ability is kept at high level
5. Assist line manger to keep staff morale and motive staff for higher productivity and lowest operation errors
6. Assist line manger in operation team overall administrative and operational management in term of daily job arrangement, people management, staff recruitment
7. Assist line manager to achieve satisfactory EE survey if any
8. Assist line manager in achieving satisfactory internal /external audit result
9. Build up good relationship with all working parties and a client centric operation concept to keep a high quality of customer service
10. Participate in operation process improvement projects and able to provide constructive idea and suggestion.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree at least
2. At least 5 years banking operation experience, with 2 years above in managerial position, solid base of banking operation knowledge, working in foreign bank prevails
3. Familiar with both corporate and individual business and related regulations
4. Familiar with PBOC, CBRC and SAFE regulations
5. Good sense in customer service;good team work and communication skills and able to work under pressure
6. Fluent in both Chinese and English; familiar with MS office
7. Good expression ability in both verbal and writing.
